新型梯度柔性镍钛锉对重度弯曲根管模型的预备效果研究
Effect of a novel gradients flexible nickel-titanium file on the preparation in severely curved root canals

Abstract
Objective:To compare the preparation effects of the novel gradients flexible nickel-titanium file GF-FILE(GF)and the mechanized nickel-titanium instrument ProTaper Universal(PTU)in severely curved root canals,providing a reference for clinical application.Methods:A total of 40 3D-printed curved root canals with curvatures of 30°and 50°were designed and produced,evenly divided into four groups(30°GF-FILE group,30°PTU group,50°GF-FILE group,50°PTU group).The root canals were scanned using small field-of-view cone-beam CT(CBCT)before and after preparation.Three-di-mensional reconstruction was performed for measurement and comparison,and the root canal cleanliness and canal transporta-tion after preparation were calculated.Results:In both the 30°and 50°root canal models,there was no significant difference in cleanliness between the GF and PTU groups(P>0.05).In both the 30°and 50°root canal models,the average maximum deviation in the PTU group was significantly higher than that in the GF group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the preparation of severely curved root canals,GF-FILE and ProTaper Universal demonstrate comparable cleanliness,but GF-FILE produce less canal deviation.关键词
