Hidden Curriculum Models and Implementation Strategies for Ideological and Political Education in Higher Education under the Holistic Perspective of Ideological and Political Education

Abstract
In the context of constructing a"Holistic Ideological and Political Education",ideological and political educa-tion in higher education institutions faces challenges brought about by the innovation of educational concepts and the transforma-tion of educational methods.Compared to previous explicit education approaches,hidden curriculum,characterized by its nature of been implicating,penetrating,and enduring,aligns well with the psychological characteristics of contemporary college stu-dents and can significantly enhance the relevance and effectiveness of ideological and political education.Through multiple di-mensions such as the influence of campus culture,experiential social practice,penetration in cyberspace,teacher-student inter-action as exemplification,and the regulatory role of management services,hidden curriculum can effectively complement explicit education,constructing a multidimensional and all-encompassing"educational field".Currently,to strengthen the application of hidden curriculum methods in the practice of ideological and political education in higher education institutions,it is essential to actively address existing practical challenges,including uneven resoxurce allocation,lack of top-level design,gaps in teacher's capacity,insufficient collaborative mechanisms,and lagging evaluation systems.Systematic reforms should be implemented in ar-eas such as strengthening the resource support system,deepening conceptual understanding,enhancing teachers'educational competence,building cross-departmental collaborative mechanisms,and establishing scientific evaluation and feedback sys-tems.These efforts will promote the genuine integration of hidden curriculum into the"Three-wide Education"pattern,effective-ly improve the outcomes of ideological and political education in higher education institutions,and better fulfill the fundamental task of fostering virtue through education.关键词
