Abstract

Based on the self-developed surface enhanced Raman spectroscopy(SERS)test platform,the anti-phospholipase A2 receptor(anti-PLA2R)antibody aqueous solutions with varying titers were detected by employing a self-made nanosilver colloidal solution as the enhancement medium.It was found that under the enhancment effect of the nanosilver colloidal solution,all anti-PLA2R antibody aqueous solutions with different titers exhibited a characteristic peak at a Raman frequency shift of approximately 1521 cm-1,and the detection limit could reach 2 RU/mL.On this basis,further detection and analysis were conducted on urine samples from healthy individuals and urine samples mixed anti-PLA2R antibody aqueous solutions.It was found that only the samples mixed anti-PLA2R antibody aqueous solutions could exhibit the Raman characteristic peak at 1521 cm-1.This study indicates that the Raman characteristic peaks of PLA2R antibody can be detected by SERS,and SERS-based urine detection has promising potential as a novel method for clinically non-invasive diagnosis of idiopathic membranous nephropathy and can be served as an important guidance for whether suspected patients with idiopathic membranous nephropathy need detailed kidney tissue biopsy or not.
