血液净化技术在放射性核素内污染治疗中的研究现状与展望
Research Status and Challenges of Blood Purification Techniques in the Treatment of Radionuclide Internal Contamination

Abstract
The treatment of radionuclide internal contamination mainly relies on pharmacological absorption blocking or excre-tory strategies,but the clinical application of the existing excretory agents is limited due to significant liver and kidney toxicity,suscep-tibility to electrolyte disorders,and other side effects.Therefore,the development of low-toxicity and high-efficiency life-saving treat-ment options is urgent.Blood purification technology has been widely used in the treatment of acute poisoning because it can directly remove toxins and replenish essential trace elements through extracorporeal devices,which can avoid the toxic side effects caused by drug metabolism.Studies have shown that this technique has some potential for removing radionuclides such as cesium and uranium.In this paper,we systematically review the traditional treatments for radionuclide contamination and their limitations,and focus on the mechanism and application prospects of blood purification technology.In addition,the paper also analyzes the current technical bottle-necks,with a view to providing a theoretical basis for optimizing the clinical intervention strategy for radionuclide contamination.关键词
