Screening for Primary Aldosteronism:New Guidelines and New Trends
摘要
Abstract
Primary aldosteronism(PA),a common cause of secondary hypertension,is frequently underdiagnosed or misdiag-nosed in clinical practice.In 2025,the American Association of Clinical Endocrinology(AACE),in collaboration with several leading organizations,released the updated Clinical Practice Guideline for Primary Aldosteronism.This new guideline introduced substantial revisions to the screening strategies for PA,which are expected to have profound implications for its future diagnosis and management.This article explores emerging trends in PA screening based on the core updates of the guidelines,aiming to provide a reference for clinical practice.关键词
