柴黄清胰活血颗粒对重症急性胰腺炎模型大鼠肠黏膜中Foxp3、RORγt表达的影响
Effect of Chaihuang Qingyi Huoxue Granules on the Expression of Foxp3 and RORγt in Intestinal Mucosa of Rats with Severe Acute Pancreatitis

Abstract
Objective This study investigated the mechanism of Chaihu Qingyi Huoxue Granules in improving severe acute pan-creatitis(SAP)by regulating the expression of Foxp3 and RORγt in the intestinal mucosa.Methods A total of 48 SD rats were ran-domly divided into a sham surgery group(S),a model group(M),and a treatment group(T).A SAP model was established using 3.5%sodium taurocholate.The T group was administered Chaihuang Qingyi Huoxue Granules(0.16 g/mL)via gastric lavage,while the S and M groups received an equal volume of physiological saline via gastric lavage.Serum amylase(AMY),D-lactic acid,and endotoxin(ET)levels were measured at 12 and 24 hours post-surgery.Pathological changes in pancreatic and ileal tissues were observed,and the expression levels of Foxp3 and RORγt mRNA in intestinal mucosa were detected.Results Compared with Group S,the levels of AMY,D-lactic acid,and ET were significantly elevated in Groups M and T(P<0.05).Compared with Group M,the levels of AMY,D-lactic acid,and ET were significantly reduced in Group T(P<0.05),and the pathological damage to the pancreas and ileum was alleviated(P<0.05).The mRNA expression of both Foxp3 and RORγt in the T group was lower than in the M group(P<0.05).The more pronounced decrease in RORγt resulted in a Foxp3/RORγt ratio that was increased to a level similar to the S group,showing no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion Chaihuang Qingyi Huoxue Granules could selectively downregulate the expression of Foxp3 and RORγt in intestinal mucosa,upregulate the Foxp3/RORγt ratio,and improve the intestinal mucosal barrier function in rats with SAP.This might be one of the mechanisms by which Chaihuang Qingpan Huoxue Granules ameliorate SAP.关键词
