Abstract
Taking four 29 MW gas-fired boilers as an example,the economy of converting gas-fired boilers to electric boilers is analyzed.Based on the current power structure of the power grid,the conversion of large-scale heating gas-fired boilers to electric boilers requires significant investment,exhibits poor economic performance,and fails to meet carbon reduction re-quirements.When the power carbon emission factor drops to 0.206 t/(MW-h),the carbon emissions of electric boilers are equivalent to those of gas-fired boil-ers.If green electricity is used for energy supply,zero carbon emissions can be achieved.It is necessary to comprehensively consider carbon prices,gas prices,and electricity prices to evaluate the investment pay-back period and economy.关键词
