凹腔燃烧器中正丁烷部分预混火焰的燃烧特性
Combustion Characteristics of Partially Premixed n-Butane Flame in Cavity Burner

Abstract
For a trapped vortex burner with an annular cavity,an experimental method was adopted to study the effects of cavity depth(1-3 mm),heat load(40-70 W),and primary air coefficient(0.1-0.6)on the combustion characteristics of partially premixed n-butane flames.Regarding the blow-off limit,an opti-mal value of cavity depth is observed.When the cavity depth is small,the mixing effect dominates the blow-off limit;when the cavity depth is large,the outlet velocity dominates the blow-off limit.Increasing the primary air coefficient reduces both the outer and inner flame heights,whereas increasing the heat load leads to an in-crease in flame width and height.Furthermore,higher heat loads necessitate a greater primary air coefficient to eliminate the yellow flame tip on the inner flame.The outer flame temperature initially increases and then decreases as the cavity depth gradually increases,and there is an optimal cavity depth that yields the highest outer flame temperature.The cavity depth has a significant impact on the CO emission mass concen-tration;increasing the cavity depth within a certain range can significantly reduce the CO emission mass concentration.关键词
