多层复合保温技术在工业蒸汽管网改造中的应用探究
Exploration on the application of multi-layer composite insulation technology in industrial steam pipeline network renovation

Abstract
The outward heat dissipation of steam during pipeline transportation leads to energy loss and reduced ener-gy utilization efficiency,good insulation performance can effectively reduce the heat dissipation loss of steam pipelines,therefore exploring the application of multi-layer composite insulation technology in industrial steam pipe-line renovation has important practical significance.Aiming at the problems of high heat dissipation and large loss of industrial steam pipe network,taking the old industrial steam pipe network in an industrial park as an example,the thermal insulation reconstruction of industrial steam pipe network was carried out,and the scheme of multi-layer composite thermal insulation structure was proposed,using aluminum foil glass fiber cloth and alumi-num foil bubble composite material and multi-layer composite approximate oval thermal insulation technology,and the transformation effect was analyzed too.After the transformation,the heat dissipation per unit area of buried and overhead pipelines of industrial steam pipe network decreased from 102.18 W/m2 and 102.45 W/m2 to 53.5 W/m2 and 69.78 W/m2,which showed significant energy saving and consumption reduction;The loss rate of in-dustrial steam pipe network management decreased from 43%to 31.26%,a decrease of 11.74%,saving 18 400 tons of steam annually,saving cost of about 2.76 million yuan,and the payback period of investment was 5 months,with obvious income and remarkable economy;The annual energy saving is 40 500 GJ,equivalent to 1 396.55 t of standard coal,and the annual carbon dioxide emission reduction is about 3 867 t,with obvious social benefits.关键词
