Abstract

Clean utilization of coal is an important way to solve China's energy security and environmental pollution.The content of harmful chlorine elements can be reduced by washing and the generation of harmful gas hydrogen chloride during combustion can be reduced as well.The emission of hydrogen chloride is controlled through desulfurization and dechlorination synergy technology.In recent years,good progress has been made in the control of chlorine content in coal and waste gas emission in the process of washing and waste gas control.However,chlorine salt antifreeze is still used in the process of coal transportation antifreeze,which leads to a significant increase in the chlorine content of coal,the chlo-rine corrosion of equipment,the discharge of desulfurization wastewater,so strengthening the control of chlorine content in the whole life cycle of coal is of great significance to the clean utilization of coal.Therefore,based on the whole life cycle,the change and harm of chlorine content in coal were analyzed,and the influence of washing and transportation on chlorine content,harm of chlorine in coal,the recycling of by-products and the change of chlorine content control standard in coal were discussed.It is expected to provide reference for the whole process control of coal chlorine content,standard updating and comprehensive benefit evaluation of coal transportation antifreeze selection.It is recommended to add a control indica-tor for chlorine content in the standards for fly ash and desulfurization wastewater.Additionally,the most suitable coal anti-freeze should be selected based on comprehensive cost evaluation and different coal types and applications,in order to pro-mote chlorine content control throughout the entire lifecycle and achieve a balance between economy and clean utilization.
