摘要

Abstract

The implementation of energy conservation,carbon reduction,transformation and upgrading in thermal power plants has become the core goal at present.The construction of intelligent fuel management and control system for power plants is imperative,and the exploration of intelligent transformation practice of unmanned intelligent analy-sis systems in thermal power plant is of practical significance,in order to provide reference ideas and clear construc-tion directions for the construction of an intelligent analysis full process management and control system for thermal power industry.With the current situation and challenges of fuel management in typical thermal power plants,taking its transformation construction as a research case,this paper analyzed and discussed the construction and technical application of intelligent analysis and control system from structural design and operation process,key technologies and innovation points,the transformation and upgrading of the management mode,and the analysis of the manage-ment benefits,et al.The high-precision quantitative sampling and weighing technology,automatic calibration and reverse calibration technology,automatic ignition technology,volatile pollutant treatment technology,centralized da-ta control and intelligent scheduling technology were also emphasized in the paper.The application of automa-tion technologies such as electrical control,industrial robots,automatic weighing,automatic calibration,automatic oxygen bomb ignition,and intelligent management and control were focused on in order to eliminate the risk of human intervention,ensure the work efficiency and test reliability,and realize the automation,intelligence,informatization and digitalization of the whole coal analysis process,so as to improve economic and social benefits.The intelli-gent transformation of thermal power plants is the development trend of the entire thermal power industry in the future,and its transformation research and practice cases can provide references the future qualitative improvement,efficiency enhancement,energy conservation,consumption reduction,intelligent management and transformation and upgrading of the thermal power industry.
