Abstract
In order to solve the problems of low efficiency,unstable cleanliness and waste of water resources of man-ual cleaning of coal sample bottles,and then improve the sensitivity of detection equipment,the design and develop-ment of automatic coal sample bottle cleaning system is imperative.The system features a linear arrangement of func-tional modules from front to back,with highly integrated modules for scrubbing,rinsing,and drying,which realizes rhythmic assembly line operation for bottle cleaning.The cleaning system integrates technologies such as sample bottle screening,high-pressure rinsing,ultrasonic oscillation,hot air drying,and wastewater recycling and reuse.Com-bined with control modules like programmable logic controllers(PLC)and host computers,as well as advanced sensing technologies including infrared,ultrasonic,and visual systems,it achieves efficient and clean automatic cleaning of coal sample bottles with varying diameters and heights.Tests on cleaning effectiveness,efficiency,and water recycling rates are conducted.The results demonstrates that the developed fully automatic sample bottle cleaning system delivers stable performance and meets usage requirements by combined technology,with cleaning efficiency improving by 85%compared to traditional methods and a water recycling rate reaching 85.9%.This provides an effective solution for the automated,efficient,and clean cleaning of coal sample bottles in the industry.关键词
