Abstract
Against the backdrop of intensifying global climate change,and confronting the reality that China's agricultural carbon emissions remain persistently high with striking regional disparities,constructing and optimizing a synergistic mechanism for regional agricultural emission reduction is paramount for fostering green agricultural development and realizing the ambitious"dual-carbon"goals.This paper unveils the theoretical underpinnings of such a synergistic mechanism,drawing insights from the dual perspectives of spatial economics and institutional synergistic.Furthermore,it delineates the practical dilemmas encountered during implementation,encompassing constraints imposed by profound regional heterogeneity,barriers hindering innovation diffusion compounded by digital technology deficiencies,conflicts arising from inadequate policy coordination and a lack of multi-stakeholder incentives,alongside the persistent"trade-off conundrum"between safeguarding food security and advancing agricultural emission reduction.Through strategic spatial restructuring,coordinated technological advancement,innovative institutional design,and value-chain reconstruction,this paper advances targeted policy recommendations:fostering multi-level regional emission reduction communities,cultivating a gradient-based technology diffusion system,refining multi-layer collaborative governance rules,and achieving a dynamic equilibrium between agricultural development and emission reduction imperatives to propel China's synergistic mechanism for regional agricultural emission reduction forward.关键词
