Research on Cost Recovery Mechanism of Thermal Power Capacity in New Power System

Abstract
In order to realize the coordinated development of thermal power units in ensuring power security and low-carbon transformation,the research on electricity price mechanism is carried out.Taking G Province as an example,this paper analyzes the future fuel price and the hours of thermal power generation.Based on the current operation rules of the electricity market,the financial evaluation method is used to analyze the adaptability of the single electricity energy price mechanism to the sustainable operation ability of thermal power units.The influence of different thermal power capacity price on the clearing price of electric energy is studied,and the thermal power capacity cost recovery mechanism matching the construction process of new power system is put forward.The results show that in the new power system,the thermal power under the single electricity energy price mechanism is not economical.The introduction of capacity price is conducive to the fixed cost of thermal power recovery,which can reduce the clearing price of the electricity energy market.Moreover,the capacity price mechanism has strong operability,which can effectively compensate for the fixed cost of the unit and ensure the sustainable operation ability,which can better adapt to China's national conditions and the current electricity market construction in G province.关键词
