Abstract

To investigate the adsorption and desorption characteristics of soda-alkali wetland soil,this paper selected degraded soda-alkali wetland soil,reed type soil and cattail type soil as the research object,and adopted static adsorption test method to explore the adsorption and desorption characteristics of soda-alkali wetland soil.The results showed that the final adsorption capacity of tetracycline in the three sodatic-alkaline wetlands with different salinization was in the order of cattail type(490.9 mg·kg-1)>reed type(486.7 mg·kg-1)>degraded type(471.9 mg·kg-1).The adsorption kinetics accords with Elovich equation(R2=0.929-0.940),indicating that the adsorption of tetracycline in soda-alkali wetland soil is heterogeneous diffusion adsorption,and the adsorption process may be uneven,which is a reaction process controlled by multiple actions.The isothermal adsorption process conforms to the Freundlich equation(R2=0.910-0.995),indicating that heterogeneous multilayer adsorption is the key mechanism affecting the adsorption behavior of tetracycline in soda-alkali wetland soil.The desorption constant of tetracycline in soda-alkali wetland soil was significantly higher than the adsorption constant,and there was an obvious hysterescence phenomenon in the desorption process.The average hysterescence coefficient of the three soda-alkali wetlands was degraded type>reed type>cattail type,indicating that tetracycline was tightly bound and difficult to desorption in degraded soda-alkali wetland soil,while it was easiest to desorption in cattail type soil.Soil physical and chemical properties have direct effects on tetracycline adsorption characteristics and hysteresis coefficient,and desorption balance is controlled by soil salinization degree.This study demonstrated the potential cumulative risk and harm of tetracycline in different soda-alkali wetland soils.
