Experts consensus on psychological assessment of living-related organ donors
摘要
Abstract
With the continuous development of living-related organ transplantation technology,living-related organ donation plays an important role in alleviating the shortage of donor organs.The preoperative psychological status of living-related organ donors has a significant impact on the stability of donation decisions,surgical compliance and postoperative physical and mental recovery.However,there is currently no standardized guideline for preoperative psychological assessment of living-related organ donors in China.To fill this gap,this consensus,combining domestic clinical practice and expert experience,clarifies the content,conditions and implementation process of preoperative psychological assessment for living-related organ donors.Formed through expert discussion and validation of reliability and validity,this consensus aims to provide standardized guidance for conducting preoperative psychological assessment of living-related organ donors in clinical practice,regulate the management of donor psychological assessment in the ethical review of living organ transplantation,promote the development of multicenter clinical studies,and thereby enhance the standardization of ethical review in living-related organ transplantation in China.关键词
