四种饲料对可口革囊星虫生长及营养成分的影响
Impact of Four Feeds on the Growth and Nutritions of Phascolosoma esculenta

Abstract
To investigate the effects of different diets with different nutritional structures on the growth performance,body com-position,fatty acid and amino acid profiles,and physiological and biochemical characteristics of Phascolosoma esculenta,and to op-timize the formulation of its aquaculture feed,four treatment groups(CG,EG1,EG2,EG3)were set up and fed with different kinds of diets(fermented chicken manure,a mixture of soybean meal and corn meal,shrimp feed,and eel powder)for 60 days of feeding experiment.By monitoring indicators such as weight gain rate(RWG),specific growth rate(RSG),crude protein and lipid content in the body wall,monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fatty acid compositions,lysine and isoleucine levels,as well as the activities of acid phosphatase(ACP)and alkaline phosphatase(AKP),the impact of the diets on the growth of P.esculenta was assessed.The re-sults showed that RWG and RSG of the EG2 group(shrimp feed)were significantly higher than those of the other three groups,indicat-ing that the shrimp feed had the optimal effect in promoting the growth of P.esculenta.The suitable dietary protein level should be within the range of 17%to 44%,and the carbohydrate level should be controlled at about 29%.Regarding crude protein content in the body wall,that of CG and EG1 groups were higher than that of EG2 and EG3 groups;while the lipid content did not differ much among the groups.The CG group had the highest monounsaturated fatty acid content,while the EG3 group had the highest polyun-saturated fatty acid content.The erucic acid content was significantly higher in the CG group than in the other groups.The activities of ACP and AKP were higher at a lysine level of 0.86%;The glutathione(GSH)level and catalase(CAT)activity were higher at an iso-leucine level of 0.26%.The findings demonstrate that the levels of protein,carbohydrate,amino acids,and fatty acid structure in the diet can significantly influence the growth performance and nutritional value of P.esculenta.关键词
