摘要

Abstract

The integrated development of offshore wind power and marine ranching has emerged as a significant trend in modern marine industries.Taking offshore wind farms as a case study,the feasibility of their integration with marine ranching was explored.The results indicated that the disturbances caused by offshore wind farms to the hydrodynamic characteristics and topography of the local sea area are negligible,demonstrating spatial compatibility between offshore wind farms and the local sea area.Multi-dimensional analysis revealed the following:(1)The region boasts a robust socio-economic foundation and strong demand for marine development;(2)Wind farms can provide marine ranching with power supply,monitoring platforms,and artificial reef functionalities,forming a"wind turbine-ranch"coupling system;(3)Integrated wind-fishery development not only enhances the utilization efficiency of marine spatial resources but also promotes regional blue economic growth through synergistic effects of carbon-sink fisheries and clean energy,achieving a win-win scenario for ecological conservation and economic development.The"wind turbine-ranch"coupling model offers an innovative paradigm for comprehensively exploitating offshore resources.
