Abstract
The improvement of potato industry competitiveness is of great significance for regional food security and high-quality agricultural development.Employing SWOT analysis,this paper examines strengths,weaknesses,opportunities,and threats within Tongwei County's potato sector.The analysis matrix identifies a reverse strategy leveraging opportunities while addressing weaknesses.Proposed enhancement strategies include:intensifying development of local specialty potato vatieties;improving seed potato propagation systems;advancing high-yield cultivation techniques;expanding brand influence;accelerating processing industry growth;and fostering industrial diversified integration.These provide actionable pathways for elevating Tongwei's potato industry competitiveness and supporting its sustainable high-quality development.关键词
