闽东海域棘头梅童鱼繁殖季节性腺的组织学研究
Histological analysis of gland development of Collichthys lucidus in the coastal waters of eastern Fujian during the spawning season

Abstract
In order to understand the gonadal development and maturation patterns of Collichthys lucidus,a histo-logical analysis was conducted on the gonadal development of C.lucidus during its reproductive season in the eastern Fujian coastal waters using paraffin sectioning techniques.The results revealed that the spawning season primarily occurs in May and June each year.During the breeding season,stage Ⅳ ovaries were predominant,accounting for 76.06%of the total number of sampled females,while stage Ⅴ,Ⅲ,and Ⅵ ovaries accounted for 15.02%,5.63%and 3.29%,respectively.The gonadosomatic index(GSI)of ovaries at stages Ⅲ-Ⅵ was(4.99±1.14)%,(14.59±4.87)%,(27.76±11.87)%and(5.78±3.14)%,respectively.Most testes had entered the maturation stage.Stage Ⅳ was dominant,accounting for 80.88%of the total number of sampled males,while the remaining 19.12%were at stage Ⅴ.The GSI of stage Ⅳ and Ⅴ testes was(0.85±0.28)%and(0.98±0.34)%,respectively.The development of oocytes in C.lucidus can be divided into five phases.In stage Ⅲ ovaries,phase Ⅲ oocytes were dominant,characterized by well-developed and branched vasculature,alongside a small number of phase Ⅰ and Ⅱ oocytes.Stage Ⅳ ovaries were mainly phase Ⅳ oocytes,which were filled with abundant yolk and had enhanced blood supply,while early-stage oocytes were sparse.In stage Ⅴ,oocytes were free in the lumen with the two-layered follicular membrane detached.Post-spawning ovaries at stageⅥ showed numerous empty follicular membranes and visible phase Ⅱ and Ⅲ oocytes.The testes of C.lucidus exhibited a radial structure,with germ cells progressing through spermatogonia,primary spermatocytes,secondary spermatocytes,spermatids,and spermatozoa.In stage Ⅴ testes,the lumens of the seminiferous lobules expanded and were filled with mature sperm.Spermatogenesis occurred within cysts,and the development of germ cells within a single cyst was synchronous.Upon spermiation,the cysts ruptured,releasing mature sperm into the lobu-lar lumen,thus completing the spermatogenic process.关键词
