构建初期的多级尾水处理系统对养殖尾水的净化效果
The purification effect of the initial multi-stage wastewater treatment system on the aquaculture tail water

Abstract
To explore the initial purification effect of the multi-stage tail water treatment system,a multi-stage tail water treatment system composed of surface flow constructed wetlands and primary and secondary purification ponds was constructed.The effect of the multi-stage tail water treatment system was evaluated by analyzing the changes of water quality parameters such as total ammonia nitrogen(TAN),nitrite nitrogen(NO2--N),nitrate nitrogen(NO3--N),total nitrogen(TN),total phosphorus(TP)and chemical oxygen demand(CODMn)of the aquaculture tail water flowing through each functional area of the multi-stage treatment system under the conditions of the total water flow was 180 m3/h and the temperature ranged from 21℃to 25℃.Water samples were collected simultaneously at four different points along the system to analyze water quality parameters after 12 hours of tail water flowing into the treatment system.The results showed as follows:(1)There were no significant changes(P>0.05)in the concentrations of TAN,NO2--N,NO3--N,TN,TP,and CODMn at the inlet and outlet when the aquaculture tail water flowed through the constructed wetland;(2)The concentrations of TAN,NO2--N,NO3--N,and TN at the outlet decreased when the tail water passed through the primary purification pond,but the differences were not significant compared with those at the inlet(P>0.05);(3)The concentrations of TAN,NO2--N,NO3--N,TN,and TP decreased at the outlet when the tail water flowed through the secondary purification pond,and there were significant differences in TAN,NO2--N,and NO3--N compared with those at the inlet(P<0.05);(4)The overall removal rates of TAN,NO2--N and NO3--N were 78.78%,83.33%and 72.22%,respectively,and the removal rates of TN and TP were 39.75%and 3.57%,respectively.The initially constructed multi-stage wastewater treatment system has a good removal effect on TAN,NO2--N,NO3--N,and TN in a short time.关键词
