额尔齐斯河湖拟鲤发现Dactylogyrus seucicus——中国指环虫属一新纪录种
Dactylogyrus seucicus:a newly recorded species from Rutilus rutilus lacustris in the Irtysh River,China

Abstract
This paper reported a new geographical record of Dactylogyrus seucicus on the gills of Rutilus rutilus lacustris in the Irtysh River(Haba River section)during the investigation of fish parasites from July 2021 to July 2023.The morphological characteristics of this Dactylogyrus are as follows:the initial base of the copulatory tube is swollen,showing a long elliptical shape like a funnel,with a cyst-like structure attached to it.Subsequently,the diameter of the tube narrows and remains uniform in size,and the distal end of the tube bends to connect with the supporting apparatus.The supporting apparatus is block-shaped,with a protrusion at the front end and a barb-like hook at the lower part.The vagina is tubular.The base of the central large hook is thick and short,with a slender hook tip,and all small marginal hooks are well-developed.The dorsal connecting plate is rod-shaped,with slightly enlarged and bluntly rounded ends,presenting a straight"一"(horizontal line)shape.The ventral connecting plate is inverted"T"-shaped,narrow at the top and wide at the bottom.Its upper part is an inverted trapezoid with wavy edges,while the lower part is strip-shaped with a protrusion in the center,and the middle part of the ventral connecting plate is concave to form a hollow.The above morphological characteristics are relatively close to those of D.seucicus Nybelin,1937 recorded in the literature.Based on the morphological characteristics and comparative analysis of the 28S rDNA sequence,it was identified as D.seucicus,a newly recorded species of the genus Dactylogyrus in China.关键词
