金哲教授基于易象思维治疗排卵障碍性不孕症的临证思辨
Professor Jin Zhe's clinical thinking in the treatment of ovulatory disorder infertility based on the image thinking of Yi Jing
摘要
Abstract
Infertility has become a major female disease that needs to be solved urgently,and ovulatory disorder is one of the most common causes of infertility.Image thinking of Yi Jing is one of the philosophical ways of thinking rooted in traditional Chinese culture,which has a far-reaching impact on the emergence and development of traditional Chinese medicine,and is now widely used in the theoretical research and clinical practice of traditional Chinese medicine.Based on the image thinking of Yi Jing,Professor Jin Zhe innovatively summarized four groups of ovulation cycles which correspond to the innate eight trigrams based on Yin-Yang variation:"Menstrual periods-excessive Yang turning into Yin-Qian and Xun","Postmenstrual period-waxing of Yin and waning of Yang-Kan and Gen","Intermenstrual periods-excessive Yin turning into Yang-Kun and Zhen","Premenstrual period-waxing of Yang and waning of Yin-Li and Dui",and through the understanding of the hexagrams of acquired eight trigramas,they are applied to the clinical treatment of ovulatory disorder infertility,forming a"Bagua sequential therapy"throughout the ovulation cycle.It provides a new clinical idea for the clinical treatment of ovulatory disorder infertility in traditional Chinese medicine.关键词
