吴力群教授基于升清降浊理论论治儿童鼻部疾病的临证经验
Professor Wu Liqun's clinical experience in treating pediatric nasal disorders based on the theory of ascending the clear and descending the turbid
摘要
Abstract
Clinical observations have revealed that nasal obstruction is a shared symptom among various pediatric nasal disorders,including acute/chronic rhinitis,allergic rhinitis,and adenoid hypertrophy.Based on the theory of ascending the clear and descending the turbid,Professor Wu Liqun elucidated the physiological and pathological mechanisms of pediatric nasal diseases from the perspectives of the lung's dispersing function,the spleen's ascending lucidity,and the kidney's steaming-transforming action.Integrating pediatric constitutional characteristics,Professor Wu identifies the key pathogenesis as"failure of lucid Yang to ascend with turbid Yin dominating",while"turbid Yin"constitutes the core pathogenic factor obstructing nasal orifices.The treatment should be based on the principle of ascending clearness and descending turbidity.A clinical case is attached for verification.关键词
