匡建军基于"筋出槽,骨错缝"病机论治腰椎间盘突出症

摘要
Abstract
Lumbar disc herniation(LDH)is a common orthopedic disease.Due to its high incidence and recurrence,severely interferes with people's daily lives,and has become a major stubborn disease that has greatly affected the physical and mental health and quality of life of patients.Based on many years of clinical experience,Professor Kuang Jianjun pointed out that this disease manifests as a syndrome of Bi(impediment)with an underlying root of Wei(flaccidity).Starting from the pathogenesis of"tendons out of groove,bone dislocation",the theory of"Preventing external evil,nourishing internal deficiency,strengthening muscles and bones,and restoring balance"was proposed.The internal and external use of traditional Chinese medicine combined with traditional exercise for LDH treatment has achieved good results.关键词
