葛正行教授基于气机升降理论辨治咳喘病的学术经验研究
Study on the academic experience of Professor Ge Zhenghang in differentiating and treating cough and asthma diseases based on the theory of the ascending and descending of Qi movement
摘要
Abstract
Cough and asthma are the most common syndromes of lung diseases.This review summarizes Professor Ge Zhenghang's clinical experience in the use of drugs for the treatment of cough and asthma.Starting from the theory of"the ascending and descending of Qi movement"in the zang-fu organs,Professor Ge Zhenghang believes that the key to the pathogenesis of cough and asthma lies in the failure of the lung function to disperse and descend.It is not limited to the lung but is closely related to the dysfunction of the liver,spleen,kidney,large intestine and other zang-fu organs.The treatment should simultaneously address the liver and lung,spleen and lung,lung and kidney,and lung and large intestine to restore the ascending and descending of Qi movement in the zang-fu organs,thereby improving the symptoms of cough and asthma in patients.This provides new ideas for the clinical treatment of cough and asthma diseases.关键词
