从"决渎壅塞"论治冠心病合并失眠
Treatment of coronary artery disease comorbid with insomnia from the perspective of"Unblocking water passages and resolving stagnation"
摘要
Abstract
The Huangdi Neijing posits that the etiology of insomnia lies in"Wei Qi(Defensive Qi)failing to enter the Yin phase",with the therapeutic principle of"Juedu Yongse"(Unblocking water passages and resolving stagnation)to achieve a state of"thoroughly unblocked meridians and harmonized Yin-Yang"."Juedu Yongse"denotes"dredging meridians to activate collateral circulation,and eliminating stagnation to expel pathogenic factors".Guided by the theory of"Juedu Yongse",this study proposes that the pathogenesis of coronary artery disease(CAD)comorbid with insomnia is associated with blood stasis,phlegm turbidity,and Qi stagnation.Corresponding therapeutic strategies—such as activating blood circulation to resolve stasis,eliminating phlegm turbidity to dissipate stagnation,and regulating liver Qi to promote Qi flow—are proposed,aiming to provide insights into the TCM-based treatment of CAD with comorbid insomnia.关键词
