虚-瘀-热三因协同论治子宫内膜息肉
Treatment of endometrial polyps by Triple-Factor Synergy(Deficiency-Stasis-Heat)
摘要
Abstract
Endometrial polyps(EP)are one of the common benign gynecological diseases,mostly affecting occurring in women of reproductive age.Clinically,they manifest as abnormal uterine bleeding,menstrual irregularities,infertility,among other symptoms,significantly compromising women's physical and mental well-being.The causes of the disease are numerous and complex,and its development is closely related to the liver,spleen and kidney systems.This dysfunction further leads to the formation of blood stasis,internal accumulation of Internal heat,impairment of the Thoroughfare and Conception Vessels,and dysfunctional uterine storage and discharge.Consequently,various menstrual disorders arise,adversely impacting fertility.Conventional TCM theories primarily emphasize pathomechanisms such as"blood stasis causing concretions"or"Qi deficiency complicated by stasis",often overlooking the critical role of pathogenic heat.Therapeutic approaches thus remain relatively singular.Breaking through this traditional single-factor treatment paradigm,this study proposes the novel"Triple-Factor Synergy"pathomechanism:Deficiency inducing stasis → Stasis generating heat → Heat exacerbating deficiency.This integrative framework analyzes the etiology and pathogenesis of EP formation and explores corresponding therapeutic strategies,aiming to provide new insights for the clinical management of EPs with traditional Chinese medicine.关键词
