Abstract
Chronic gastritis is a chronic inflammatory lesion of the gastric mucosa and one of the most prevalent digestive system diseases worldwide.Its incidence can exceed 50%in the general population.In China,the prevalence varies across regions and research methods but remains generally high.In recent years,due to improved economic conditions and changes in lifestyle,the affected population has become increasingly younger,posing a significant threat to public health.The efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)in treating chronic gastritis has gained growing recognition in recent years.This study analyzes the prescriptions of Yanghe Decoction(modified)used by renowned veteran TCM practitioner Zhang Liangui in treating chronic gastritis over the past two years,including 33 cases of non-atrophic gastritis,26 cases of atrophic gastritis,79 cases of superficial gastritis,and 29 cases of Helicobacter pylori(HP)infection,aiming to explore the mechanism of the"Wenyang Method"in managing chronic gastritis,particularly the deficiency-cold type.Centered on yang-warming and cold-dispelling herbs such as Rehmanniae Radix Praeparata and Cornu Cervi Colla,Yanghe Decoction alleviates clinical symptoms like epigastric pain and distension by warming Yang,invigorating the spleen,dispelling cold,and resolving dampness,thereby providing a clinical reference for TCM treatment of chronic gastritis.关键词
