摘要
Abstract
Chemotherapy-induced thrombocytopenia(CIT)is a common complication in tumor treatment,which has adverse effects on the subsequent anti-tumor treatment process and the quality of life of patients.Western medicine treatment for this disease often involves platelet transfusion and the use of platelet generating drugs,but there are problems such as a shortage of platelets and numerous adverse reactions.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)holds unique advantages in the syndrome differentiation and treatment of CIT based on the core pathogenesis of"deficiency of the spleen and kidney and insufficiency of essence and blood".Early prevention and timely intervention are of utmost importance for improving the prognosis of CIT.This paper systematically reviews the research progress in the treatment of CIT with both TCM and Western medicine in recent years,aiming to provide references for clinical practice.关键词
