摘要

Abstract

Evaluation of salt tolerance serves as a crucial foundation for identifying salt-tolerant wheat germplasm resources.Eight wheat varieties were selected for this experiment,and 14 indicators at sprouting and seedling stage were determined.The principal component analysis was conducted using the salt tolerance coefficient,and four principal components were obtained including seedling biomass and root feature,pheno-typic characteristics at sprouting and seedling stage,cytomembrane stability and root K+flux status with the cumulative rate of contribution at 80.896%,which covered the information of most of indicators.From the loading value of each index,it was concluded that the plumule length,and the root fresh weight,relative elec-trical conductivity and root average K+flux of seedlings could serve as the main indices for evaluating the salt tolerance of wheat at sprouting and seedling stage.Based on the membership function value,the salt tolerance of the eight wheat varieties were ranked as Jimai 32>Dekang 961>Jing 411>Jinmai 47>3D232>Xue Zao>Henong 6425>China Spring.The conclusions could provide important references for salt-tolerant wheat variety breeding and their salt tolerance mechanism analysis.
