Abstract
This paper deeply discusses the application of robot technology in the intelligent production of aluminum plants.Through a detailed analysis of a robot specially designed for limited-space operations in aluminum plants,the technical characteristics in many aspects such as external dimensions,working environment adaptability,motion mode,driving structure,positioning accuracy,and safety protection are elaborated.Combined with the actual requirements in aluminum plant production,such as bolt-tightening operations,how the robot improves production efficiency and quality is analyzed.At the same time,actual cases are introduced to study the advantages and challenges of the robot in the application of aluminum plants,providing references for the further development of intelligent production in aluminum plants.关键词
