摘要

Abstract

In order to improve the forming quality and service performance of molybdenum alloys in high-temperature casting,taking the production of hot end components in an aviation enterprise as an example,the optimization path of composition control,melting and pouring process,mold and cooling system design,and quality control measures is systematically studied.The results indicate that comprehensive improvement can significantly reduce hot cracking defects,refine grain structure,improve size consistency and creep resistance,providing effective technical support for the engineering application of high-performance molybdenum alloy castings.
