摘要

Abstract

The types and sources of impurity elements in the process of non-ferrous metallurgy and their influence on the quality of metallurgical products are important research topics.Chemical analysis plays an important role in the metallurgical process,and effective analytical methods can reveal the chemical properties,present forms,and behavior and distribution of impurity elements in the smelting process.Common tramp elements such as iron,sulfur,phosphorus,etc.,come from a wide range of sources and exhibit complex chemical properties in metallurgical processes,which may affect the purity,mechanical properties and service life of metals.In this paper,the key technical points such as sample preparation,analysis technology,and removal of interference factors are discussed,so as to provide theoretical support and technical guidance for the analysis of impurity elements in the field of non-ferrous metallurgy.The combination of multiple analytical methods can effectively improve the quality control level of metallurgical products and reduce the negative impact of impurity elements on product performance.
