摘要

Abstract

In the flash smelting battering system,the concentrate feed composition is unstable due to the frequent bonding of the concentrate and the inaccurate measurement of the measuring belt,which affects the condition of the flash furnace.Through the application of automatic proportioning program,installing vibrator and air injection device,repairing wall coating in the bin,installing liner plate and belt automatic correction and improving belt scale,the phenomenon of inaccurate cutting and measurement was improved,and the composition deviation of mixed concentrate was controlled within 1%,which improved the composition stability of battering concentrate and was conducive to flash furnace melting reaction.
