摘要
Abstract
In the production process of copper smelters,due to long-term high load operation and harsh working environment,the large gears of overflow ball mills are prone to tooth breakage and other faults,which not only increases maintenance costs but also may lead to production line shutdown,seriously affecting the economic efficiency and competitiveness of enterprises.To address the above challenges,this study proposes a method of using laser cladding strengthening technology to repair the broken teeth of the large gear of the overflow ball mill.The article first designs the laser cladding strengthening technology,and then elaborates on the specific application points of laser cladding strengthening technology in the repair of large gears from three aspects:gear pretreatment,laser cladding construction,and post-treatment.It is expected to effectively solve the problem of tooth breakage repair and help copper smelters improve production efficiency.关键词
