摘要

Abstract

The pH of boiler feedwater fluctuates greatly,is difficult to regulate,has a low pass rate,and occasionally exceeds the hardness limit.By adding an automatic ammonia addition control system,online detection devices for the condensate return water quality of each steam channel and the boiler feed water quality,and setting up a DCS remote alarm,the workload of operators has been reduced,the timeliness and accuracy of boiler feedwater quality monitoring and adjustment have been greatly improved,the feedwater quality has been enhanced,the feedwater index requirements have been met,and boiler corrosion has been reduced.At the same time,it reduces pharmaceutical waste and achieves green and low-carbon production through automatic intelligence.
