Abstract
Copper concentrate is a relatively scarce type of mineral resource in China,because the raw material composition structure of the copper smelting industry is quite complex,including crude copper,copper residue,copper ore,smoke and dust,etc.In traditional testing operations,there are certain difficulties in detecting and calculating these copper smelting raw materials,which puts high demands on quality control work.To ensure the optimization of quality control of copper smelting raw materials,it is also necessary to improve the quality control methods for copper analysis.In this article,we will focus on introducing the copper analysis sample process in copper smelting raw materials,and then study many key technical contents in copper analysis quality control methods.Among them,the technical content of the analysis process for copper concentrate samples is rich,and the analysis and research for different samples are quite in-depth and thorough.Finally,we hope to carry out quality spot checks on copper smelting raw materials,including supervision of sample monitoring by directly managed departments and acceptance of analytical reagents,in order to demonstrate the strictness and effectiveness of the assessment work.关键词
