Abstract
Drying of lithium carbonate is one of the key links in its production process,and the commonly used equipment is rotary drying kiln.The structural design of the drying kiln directly affects important parameters such as power consumption,moisture content,and non product rate in the drying process of lithium carbonate.This article is based on the design defects of a drying kiln in a lithium carbonate production enterprise.Combined with production practice,optimization and improvement were mainly carried out from changing the feeding method,reducing the moisture content of the feeding,replacing the bag filter,and adding a supplementary air device.Through the comparison of production data before and after improvement,it can be seen that the moisture content of the finished product decreased from 0.083%to 0.030%,the drying power consumption per ton of product decreased from 351 kWh to 274 kWh,and the non product rate decreased from 4.90%to 2.12%.The optimization and improvement of the drying kiln achieved good results,and this study can provide reference and guidance for the application and optimization improvement of lithium carbonate drying kilns.关键词
