摘要

Abstract

The widespread application of sintered neodymium iron boron permanent magnets in fields such as motors and generators has brought about high efficiency and miniaturization.However,crack problems threaten their performance and reliability.This article deeply analyzes the problem of cracks in sintered neodymium iron boron permanent magnets,including the causes,hazards,detection methods,and prevention and control strategies of cracks.Prevention and control strategies are proposed,such as process improvement,material optimization,and structural design improvement,to reduce the risk of cracks.
