摘要
Abstract
In order to improve the service performance of casting alloys under high wear conditions,different contents of molybdenum element were used for composition design and microstructure control of high chromium cast iron,and the influence law and mechanism of molybdenum on its wear resistance were studied.Through microstructure analysis,hardness testing,and wear experiments,the distribution characteristics of carbides,strengthening mechanisms,and evolution of friction behavior are systematically explored.The results indicate that an appropriate amount of molybdenum can promote the dispersion and precipitation of Mo2C,refine the grain size,and improve the friction interface state,significantly enhancing the wear resistance of the material.Research provides theoretical support and process basis for optimizing the design of wear-resistant alloys.关键词
