Abstract

In view of the challenge of efficient utilization of a domestic copper-zinc-sulfur polymetallic ore,this study carried out systematic ore characterization analysis and beneficiation test research.The results show that by adopting a sequential priority flotation process for copper and zinc,and introducing the novel high-efficiency copper collector LP-01 together with the CaCl2+DS combined depressant,efficient separation of copper,zinc,and sulfur was successfully achieved.The closed-circuit flotation tests yielded a copper concentrate with a grade of 25.91%and a recovery rate of 91.42%,as well as a zinc concentrate with a grade of 33.22%and a recovery rate of 45.70%.These results indicate that the proposed process possesses good economic and technical feasibility,and holds promising application and promotion prospects.
