中国式农业农村现代化:超大规模人口背景下的逻辑与实践
Agricultural and rural modernization in Chinese-style:logic and practice in the context of a super-large population
摘要
Abstract
Agricultural and rural modernization is not only a crucial foundation of Chinese-style modernization but also an essen-tial requirement for building an agricultural powerhouse.The advancement of Chinese-style agricultural and rural modernization must be rooted in the unique context of a super-large population,with food security as its foundation,green and low-carbon rural transformation as its hallmark,and common prosperity for farmers as its ultimate goal.In the new era,Chinese-style agricultural and rural modernization calls for coordinated efforts on multiple fronts:overcoming natural resource constraints through technolog-ical innovation,enhancing farmers'motivation for grain cultivation through institutional reforms,promoting green rural transfor-mation by developing infrastructure and rural industries,and facilitating the flow of factors between urban and rural areas to achieve farmers'common prosperity.Moreover,it is vital to draw on the experiences and lessons from developed countries'agri-cultural and rural modernization,explore development paths suited to China's national conditions,and present to the world—espe-cially other mega-countries—an alternative vision of agricultural and rural modernization.关键词
