Enhancing the endogenous development momentum of poverty-stricken areas through cooperation be-tween the east and the west:theoretical logic,practical difficulties and optimization paths

Abstract
As a long-term institutional arrangement,the cooperation between the East and the West has played an important role not only in winning the battle against poverty,but also in promoting the development of the western region.It is also conducive to further narrowing the regional development gap,promoting the domestic circulation strategy,advancing rural revitalization and the process of common prosperity.On the basis of clarifying the theoretical connotation of the collaboration between the East and the West and the endogenous development driving force in poverty-stricken areas,this article elaborates on the theoretical mecha-nism of enhancing the endogenous development driving force in poverty-stricken areas through the collaboration between the East and the West.However,there are still problems with the cooperation mechanism between the East and the West,such as incom-plete cooperation mechanisms,low levels of industrial cooperation,insufficient talent support,and the need to strengthen concep-tual transformation.Based on this,this article proposes an optimization path for the East and West cooperation to enhance the en-dogenous development momentum of poverty-stricken areas from four aspects:improving the cooperation mechanism,deepening industrial cooperation,strengthening talent support,and promoting conceptual transformation.关键词
