Abstract
The development of the cooperative economy is an effective way to consolidate and improve the basic rural operation system.Since the new era,China has accelerated the construction and improvement of the modern agricultural management sys-tem,and the scale of farmers'cooperatives has continued to expand,the distribution of industries has continued to be optimized,and the ability to drive small farmers has continued to increase with remarkable development results,but it also faces the prob-lems in intensifying external competition,the operation of organizations that hasn't been standardized,and the motivation of farm-ers to participate in cooperative management that hasn't been improved.The development of cooperatives is closely related to the evolution of urban-rural relations,and in the context of urban-rural integration,the accelerated flow and exchange of factors such as capital,land and talent has brought opportunities for the development of cooperatives.In order to promote the high-quality de-velopment of cooperatives,it is proposed that policy guarantees to support the development of cooperatives should be strength-ened,the operational level of cooperatives should be improved,and farmers'participation in cooperative management should be encouraged and promoted.关键词
