摘要
Abstract
The"ten million villages project"serves as a vivid example and microcosm of promoting agricultural and rural modern-ization at the provincial level in Zhejiang Province.It encapsulates rich developmental concepts,working methods,and promo-tion mechanisms,providing a scientific action guide and methodological guidance for solidly advancing the construction of livable,business-friendly,harmonious and beautiful villages.Leading livable,business-friendly,harmonious and beautiful rural construc-tion leveraging the experience of the"ten million villages project"requires focusing on three major system support points:improv-ing quality of life,revitalizing industries,and integrating cultural heritage.This will enable the advancement of such construction towards a new form of rural civilization that intertwines beautiful economy,beautiful ecology,and a better life.In the new devel-opment stage,to promote livable business-friendly,harmonious and beautiful villages,it is necessary to establish a sustainable transformation mechanism for value consensus,empower rural grassroots,and create a strong collaborative force through diverse cooperation to build a rural development community of"universal prosperity and harmonious urban-rural relationships".this will lay the foundation for creating a new era of"Fuchun Mountain Residence"with beautiful scenery,harmonious people,and pros-perous industry.It will also highlight the distinctive features of Chinese-style agricultural and rural modernization.关键词
