农民主体性建设视阈中的乡村治理探赜
Aprobe into rural governance from the perspective of farmers'subjectivity construction
摘要
Abstract
At present,in the process of promoting the effectiveness of rural governance,rural governance and the construction of farmers'subjectivity are mutually beneficial and win-win.Rural governance provides a public sphere for farmers to actively partici-pate in rural affairs,and the construction of farmers'subjectivity empowers and enhances rural governance.In the process of pro-moting the orderly development of rural governance by"Combination of Rural self-governance,rule of law and rule of virtue",it is urgent to seek the"new impetus"for farmers to consciously abide by the social moral norms of the new era and reconstruct farm-ers'moral subjectivity;Shaping farmers'legal thinking,cultivating farmers'legal spirit,establishing farmers'legal concept and constructing farmers'legal subjectivity;Adjust the organic unity of administration and autonomy,avoid administrative offside and administrative arrangement,and rebuild the subjectivity of peasant autonomy.Only by constantly strengthening the construction of farmers'subjectivity can we empower and increase efficiency in rural governance and effectively promote the revitalization of ru-ral governance.关键词
