村干部女性化发生机制研究
Research on the mechanism of feminization of village cadres——A three-dimensional coupling analysis based on the interactions between the state,society and family

Abstract
With the transformation of rural governance,the phenomenon of feminization of village cadres has become more and more prominent.The proportion of female village cadres and importance of their positions are on the rise.Young female deputy cadres,mainly young mothers who return to their village to raise children,older female deputy cadres who have been living in the village for a long time,and the younger female principal cadres represented by elite women constitute the main types of female vil-lage cadres.Their work characteristics include the carefulness,patience,flexibility,resilience and emotional sensitivity typical of women,as well as the different orientations of administrative work and mass work within their respective positions.Based on the three-dimensional coupling analysis framework that considers the state,society and family,the strategic coupling of the need for governance modernization and the family development goal of"balancing work and family life"provides the institutional foundation for village women to join the village committee.The need for a coupling between administrative norms and the transformation of life governance in terms of"joint promotion of administrative autonomy"ensures that village women have the necessary positions to undertake village committee work.The developmental of village organizational construction and the realization of the value of individual women constitute a growth-oriented coupling that enables village women to sustainably undertake village committee work and gain a sense of purpose.The feminization of village cadres,characterized by the governance of village affairs by ordi-nary people,contributes to the establishment of a stable rural governance structure,the standardization of village-level gover-nance,and responsive village services.While enhancing the public participation of rural women,it is also necessary to stimulate the vitality of the village community and promote pluralistic governance.关键词
