表面胺化TS-1催化丙烯CO2一步法制备碳酸丙烯酯
One-step synthesis of propylene carbonate from propylene and CO2 over surface amine-modified TS-1

Abstract
This work addresses the challenge of propylene oxide hydrolysis during the one-step synthesis of propylene carbonate(PC)from propylene,CO2,and H2O2 by regulating acidic sites in TS-1 zeolite through surface amination.A systematic investigation of the structure-activity relationships in surface amine-modified TS-1 was conducted through comparative analysis of organic amines with different chain lengths,focusing on the regulatory mechanism of diethylenetriamine(DETA)/concentration on Ti coordination states and acid site distribution.Catalytic experiments demonstrate that low-concentration DETA-modified TS-1 achieves more than 93%PC selectivity,which is attributed to the synergistic optimization between acid site suppression and electronic state modulation of Ti active sites.The catalyst exhibits excellent stability with above 90%PC selectivity retention after five consecutive reaction cycles.This work provides an effective strategy for precise regulation of acid sites through surface amination to enhance the performance of one-step PC synthesis systems.关键词
