带浆液循环的氨法脱硫体系的模拟与优化
Establishment and simulation of ammonia desulfurization system with slurry circulation

Abstract
The problem of ammonia escape in the ammonia desulfurization process was investigated by using the Aspen Plus process simulation software with the rate-equilibrium model.The absorption,oxidation,and water washing stages in the process were simulated and optimized,and the influence of operating parameters on the ammonia escape,sulfur emission,and the yield and purity of(NH4)2SO4 in the product was analyzed to find the suitable pH.The genetic algorithm was used to optimize the ammonia injection amount and the flow of ammonia nitrogen wastewater in the water washing section.The simulation results show that the suitable pH range for controlling ammonia not to escape and sulfur not to the standard is 5.00 to 5.65.In order to ensure that the ammonia recovery rate is greater than 85%,and the purity of(NH4)2SO4 product is greater than 85%,the ammonia injection amount needs to be maintained at 87 to 91 kg/h,and the circulating slurry flow needs to be maintained at 860 to 1 505 m3/h.关键词
